Sales Manager – Wearables & Audio (Consumer Market)
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in the consumer market to lead the expansion of our wearables and audio product categories. This role plays a key part in driving offline sales growth, developing commercial strategies, and building efficient and competitive distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and growth of wearables and audio products in the consumer market.
* Develop, execute, and optimize commercial strategies for offline channels.
* Plan and expand sales channels, identifying market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
* Build, manage, and motivate high-performance sales teams.
* Design, improve, and adapt business processes using digital tools and systematic solutions.
* Identify operational and commercial risks, proposing action plans to ensure business targets are met.
* Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and business partners.
Requirements
* Experience in electronic fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales.
* Offline sales experience.
* Knowledge in project management and consumer sales management.
* Fluent English (required).
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
