OverviewExperienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will work with a global recruitment team and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements. Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will collaborate with colleagues in multiple countries.Telescope’s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates and manage recruitment processes end to end in collaboration with the global recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team.Coordinate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Plan and execute recruitment activities to meet client needs in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Provide excellent candidate experience, maintain high service levels, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Qualifications / Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality standards and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail and the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, friendly and self-motivated.Resilient, able to handle rejection and persist in finding the right candidate.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Professional appearance and reliable, responsible behavior.Employment detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months.Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.How to applyPlease send your English CV to: ******.
