Delivery Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to manage delivery for key customers across technological tracks. The successful candidate will lead teams across technologies, fostering collaboration and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects on time, within scope, and budget by working with technology teams.
* Work closely with customer stakeholders and ensure project scope is well understood and documented.
* Lead and manage teams across technologies, fostering collaboration and productivity.
* Collaborate with Project Management Office (PMO) to maintain quality control procedures.
* Act as a delivery point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Serve as a liaison between customers and management, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
* Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction through effective service/project review meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and proactive risk identification and mitigation.
* Ensure project teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and avoid service credits/penalties.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery processes and increase efficiency.
* Employ effective conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to drive positive outcomes.
* Evaluate team member performance using Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Support hiring resources for various tracks by collaborating with Talent Acquisition Groups (TAGs).
* Coordinate with finance teams and customer stakeholders to ensure Statements of Work (SOWs) are signed and invoices cleared on-time.
