Location – Buenos Aires, Argentina
AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Payroll and Accounting Analyst to be part of our Argentinian administrative team. Our Buenos Aires office has grown significantly, and this position will support this growth and ensure operational excellence in our administrative and human resources functions.
Your Role Within The Team
This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. The ideal candidate must be able to follow detailed instructions with precision and reliability to successfully carry out assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Payroll And Compensation
* Prepare the monthly file of employee updates (leaves, salaries, etc.).
* Calculate gross and net salaries, considering taxes, social security contributions, and health insurance.
* Compute overtime payments in accordance with applicable regulations.
* Manage income tax withholdings (SICORE).
* Prepare monthly estimated salary and deduction entries for reporting to Canada.
* Calculate and submit social security contributions (Form 931).
* Generate monthly payroll reports detailing payments, deductions, and contributions.
* Process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding salary slips.
Personnel Management And HR Administration
* Conduct payroll audits to verify the accuracy of payments and deductions.
* Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
* Manage expatriate salary data and review payroll calculations.

The Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and accounting, ideally gained within multinational corporations or Big Four accounting firms.
* In-depth understanding of Argentine labor laws, tax regulations, and social security compliance.
* Proficiency in payroll and HR platforms such as ADP, Workday, and other integrated HRIS systems.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and reconcile financial and payroll data accurately.
* Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive and confidential information.
