As a Weekend and Holiday Social Media Manager, you will oversee social engagement across our brands during weekends and holidays.
We're seeking a thoughtful, creative community manager with quick wit to manage social media content, engage with audiences, and respond to brand mentions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Publishing feed/story content using native text and tools.
* Maintaining brand consistency across platforms by monitoring tags, comments, and DMs.
* Searching for brand mentions, keywords, and related conversations to respond promptly.
* Flagging priority issues, trend spikes, or approvals as needed.
* Communicating effectively with the team and leadership.
Requirements:
* Creative confidence in real-time posting and response with ability to create engaging stories and reposts.
* Excellent written English and social-first copy instincts.
* Fluency in multiple brand voices from teen-girl trends to heartfelt parental tone and global fan hype.
* Discretion and professionalism especially when handling corporate accounts.
* Experience in entertainment or toys with ability to adapt quickly to brand tone.
* Confidence communicating with leadership and collaborating on real-time opportunities.
