What You Will Be Doing

You will be taking the lead in driving Parts Logistics, Customer Uptime & Order Management areas, you are accountable for the responsibilities described below. This position will be based out of Curitiba, Paraná and will report to the Head of Aftersales in Latin America.
Responsibilities will include:
* Lead and develop a high-performance team to manage the areas of Parts Logistics, Customer Uptime and Order Management areas for Volvo CE and SDLG in Latin America
* Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company objectives aiming to improve overall supply chain efficiency
* Manage relationships with in-house and third-party logistics providers ensuring service levels requirements are met and necessary KPIs are in place for performance monitoring
* Develop and promote the Uptime concept in all logistics processes, working together with Aftersales areas and Dealership sponsors to ensure Customers satisfaction
* Monitor the inventory management process of the Dealer network including demand forecasting and optimizing inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply chain, Dealer Development, Finance and Plant operations, to ensure alignment and support of business objectives
* Ensure the alignment of local teams with global forums of Logistic, Engineering, and Parts & Logistic (COE) in the developing of logistics demands and solutions for products and services in order to meet regional market needs

Who are you?
* Relevant experience in logistics and after-sales services, including leadership roles in people management
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Admin, or related fields
* Postgraduate degree in related areas desirable
* Experience in the construction machinery industry desirable
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Strong business acumen and Customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
* Proactive and positive mindset
