At BotCity, we are looking for a highly skilled IT Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling all IT operational needs, ensuring that internal teams can operate without IT friction or downtime.
The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, technical versatility, and good communication skills. They will be responsible for managing user lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access controls, and permissions across systems.
They will also oversee hardware and software asset inventory, set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, VPNs, and basic network connectivity. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve user IT tickets promptly, coordinate with vendors for support, maintenance, and procurement, and create, maintain, and enforce internal IT policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
* Manage user lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access controls, and permissions across systems
* Oversee hardware and software asset inventory, including acquisitions, deployments, refresh cycles, warranties
* Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, mobile devices, VPNs, and basic network connectivity
* Troubleshoot and resolve user IT tickets (desktop, laptop, OS, connectivity, software) promptly
* Coordinate with vendors for support, maintenance, and procurement
* Create, maintain, and enforce internal IT policies and standards
* Support onboarding and off-boarding processes with IT compliance
* Monitor and manage internal systems and alert on issues
* Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, user guides, policies
* Assist with small infrastructure projects
* Escalate and coordinate with Engineering and Security teams when needed
Required Qualifications:
* Technical diploma in Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related degree
* Experience (3+ years) in an IT support, systems, or operations role
* Strong experience with user and access management systems
* Experience with service management frameworks/ticketing systems
* Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS workstations and standard corporate software stacks
* Basic knowledge of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with device management, patching, endpoint security
* Experience with inventory/asset management systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack
* Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team
* Portuguese - Fluent
* English - Advanced

* Exposure to basic scripting/automation to automate repetitive IT tasks
* Exposure to security best practices
