Could you be the Import & Export Logistics Analyst in Taubaté we’re looking for?
**Your future role**
You'll ensure the seamless flow of international imports and exports while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with regulations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., procurement, production, and finance), manage supplier relationships, and oversee customs clearance and transportation logistics.
You’ll specifically take care of negotiating and contracting international freight, as well as monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery, but also maintain strict cost controls and adherence to special contractual regimes.
We’ll look to you for:
- Planning, organizing, and controlling import and export activities
- Negotiating and contracting international freight with shipping agents
- Monitoring overseas shipments and customs clearance
- Maintaining strict cost controls for all logistics-related expenses
- Ensuring compliance with foreign trade legislation and internal company requirements
- Facilitating effective information flow within and outside the organization

- Experience or understanding of logistics, customs clearance, and international trade

- Familiarity with systems like OSGT, SAP, and SISCOMEX
- A strong command of the Office suite
- Fluency in English
- Over 7 years of experience in a Foreign Trade/Comex career
