Veterinary Analyst - Remote - High Output Role

This is not a passive or low intensity role. We are looking for disciplined, high performing veterinarians who want flexible work and the ability to earn more based on output and accuracy.
If you prefer slow paced environments, this role is not a fit.
What You’ll Do
* Label and review veterinary radiographic images at scale
* Follow strict quality and workflow standards
* Contribute directly to improving AI diagnostic performance
* Work independently with minimal supervision
Who This Is For
* Qualified Médico Veterinário
* Fast, detail oriented, and highly disciplined
* Comfortable with repetitive, high volume work
* Motivated by performance based earnings
* Based in Brazil with valid work authorization
Work Setup
* Fully remote
* Flexible schedule, minimum 30 hours per week
* Temporary contract, 3 months or more depending on performance
Compensation & Performance Model
Your earnings are directly tied to your performance.
Month 1, Qualification Phase
* Base hourly pay
* Training and certification required
* Target: 30 to 40 images per hour
* Requirement: minimum 90 percent QA accuracy
You must meet quality standards to continue.
Month 2, Scale Phase
* Base pay plus incentives begin
* Higher output equals higher earnings
* Target: 60 plus images per hour
* Maintain 90 percent QA accuracy
Month 3+, High Performance Phase
* Fully performance driven earnings
* Incentives based on volume and quality
* No quality, no bonus
* Top performers significantly out earn average contributors
What Matters
* Speed without quality does not count
* Quality below threshold disqualifies incentive earnings
* Consistency is required, not occasional performance
* This is output driven work, not task based
