Talent Manager Job Description
The Talent Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for non-technical roles. This includes sourcing candidates, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the single point of contact between teams for assigned projects.
2. Manage end-to-end fulfilment for multiple client requirements concurrently (typically 3–4 at a time).
3. Conduct talent pool assessments and identify supply-demand gaps.
4. Activate external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient.
5. Oversee resource planning and capacity management to ensure timely ramp-ups for customer-side roles.
6. Collaborate with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements and talent expectations.
7. Ensure data accuracy and visibility across systems, maintaining reports on hiring pipelines, fulfilment progress, and performance metrics.
8. Track and report fulfilment metrics, including fill rates, turnaround times, and candidate quality.
9. Partner with recruiting and sourcing teams to improve process efficiency and hiring velocity.
10. Deliver a strong stakeholder experience, maintaining proactive communication and alignment on timelines and expectations.
