Regional Business Growth Manager Job DescriptionDrive new business with iGaming operators across key LATAM markets.Support and manage aggregator relationships to ensure content visibility.Monitor and interpret regional regulatory and compliance developments.Advise on market-specific requirements to support successful launches.Represent the company at events and in-person client meetings.Candidate Profile:3-5 years of iGaming sales experience preferred, ideally with a game provider or aggregator.Strong network across LATAM operators.Knowledge of sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles.Familiar with regional compliance and regulatory frameworks.Fluent in Spanish with professional English skills.Candidates with strong account management experience may also be considered.Based in LATAM, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.This position involves working with various stakeholders, including operators, aggregators, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market and its regulations.
