Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and support revenue growth.
Directly manage and mentor a team of 10+ senior sales managers, providing clear guidance to drive results while overseeing the indirect management of a broader team of 50+ sales professionals.
Set and monitor sales objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Utilize deep knowledge of the tech/software industry and BPO sector to identify market opportunities and drive business development.
Forge and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the company's market position.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments; present findings to senior leadership.
Operate effectively in a global business environment with C1 proficiency in English and the ability to communicate in Spanish as a plus.
