**Responsibilities**:
Team Introduction The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves. - Contribute to the strategic development of entry-tier or mature-tier agencies, primarily on enhancing content quality and driving revenue growth. - Train entry-tier agencies or mature-tier agencies to support agencies and streamers to adapt more effectively to TikTok LIVE. - Closely monitor the performances of agencies and streamers, combined with user perspective, to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with agencies and streamers to build trust, develop long-term plans, enhance content quality and drive revenue growth. - Identify, document, and share successful strategies across agencies and various countries/regions.
