Lead ServiceNow Integration Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Integration Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of a certified integration application between ServiceNow and a healthcare-focused CMMS platform.
This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership in architecting and implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations supporting attachments and templated requests. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST API development, and complex ServiceNow workflows.
The successful candidate will own the documentation and requirements-gathering process, work directly with stakeholders, and lead the application through the ServiceNow Store certification process, ensuring full compliance.
This is a 100% remote role with primary time zone US Eastern Time. The contract is renewable and includes full-time dedication (40 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of a certified ServiceNow app integrated with the CMMS platform.
* Architect and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations supporting attachments and templated requests.
* Ensure robust bidirectional data flow between ServiceNow and the CMMS using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
* Define and enforce best practices and coding standards across the development team.
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and certification teams to finalize scope, timelines, and delivery strategy.
* Guide and mentor junior developers, oversee code reviews and QA processes.
Requirements:
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
* 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
* 7+ years of JavaScript experience.
* At least 2 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
* Proven experience delivering certified ServiceNow Store apps.
* Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST API development, and complex ServiceNow workflows.
