About the Role
As a Strategic Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading content safety risk management efforts in Brazil. Your primary goal is to develop and implement a comprehensive content safety solution that aligns with local policies, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
This involves collaborating with various teams across operations, product development, and R&D to improve control accuracy and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for related content safety projects, providing guarantee schemes for critical business operations, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement content safety solutions based on local policy/regulatory requirements and business needs.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve control accuracy and reduce costs.
* Lead content safety projects, provide guarantee schemes for important business operations, and marketing activities.
* Build an emergency mechanism for handling internal security cases and public sentiment events.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in content safety, preferably with experience managing content safety for e-commerce platforms in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in English as a working language, and more than 3 years of work experience.
You should be familiar with Brazil policies and regulatory requirements, understand Brazil culture and customs, and have experience in content safety work. Additionally, you should possess good communication and organizational coordination skills, as well as strong resource integration capabilities.
