A well-established book of business and strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystemDirect experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage formsProven ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreementsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business valueEntrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, hands-on environmentExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel internationally as needed.
