We are seeking a seasoned Financial Systems Lead to oversee JD Edwards Financial processes and drive strategic initiatives forward.
This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong functional expertise in general ledger, accounts payable, tax, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
* Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Audit, and IT teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.
* Translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax rules, and internal controls.
* Lead testing, enhancements, and system improvements.
* Provide functional guidance, training, and ongoing support to finance users.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate financial processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong functional experience with JD Edwards Financials.
* Proven expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Tax.
* Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
* Experience leading or supporting JDE implementations or upgrades.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
* Experience in multi-entity or multi-country financial environments.
* Prior experience as a functional lead or subject matter expert.
