What You’ll Do
* Support a strategic initiative focused on increasing productivity, accelerating operational efficiency, and advancing digital maturity by adopting corporate AI tools.
* Design scalable enablement programs to support the adoption of AI tools across the company.
* Develop tailored learning journeys for different personas and maturity levels.
* Promote best practices and increase user autonomy across all teams.
* Facilitate workshops, hands-on sessions, and training programs for business users, technical teams, and leadership.
* Translate technical capabilities into practical use cases focused on productivity and efficiency.
* Adapt content and delivery approaches to different audiences and contexts.
* Create instructional materials, manuals, user guides, templates, and enablement resources.
* Develop reusable frameworks to support program scalability and long-term sustainability.
* Define and track adoption, engagement, and learning effectiveness metrics.
* Recommend continuous improvements based on results and participant feedback.
* Evolve training content as we introduce new capabilities and features.
* Deliver key outcomes including training plans, instructional materials, training session facilitation, and an executive report with adoption metrics and recommendations.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in corporate training, enablement, or driving change adoption in enterprise environments.
* Hands-on experience with generative AI and automation tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Glean, and N8N).
* Ability to facilitate sessions for both executive and technical audiences.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
* Autonomous, consultative, and results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
* Experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale AI adoption initiatives.
* Background in regulated industries, financial services, fintech, or technology environments.
* Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning frameworks.
* Portfolio of AI training or enablement programs.
English level
Advanced/Fluent (for technical documentation and stakeholder communication)
