This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Senior IT Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and exploring candidates' motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

* Source and select high-quality technology candidates through various job boards, professional networking sites, and databases.
">
* Conduct in-depth technical evaluations and assessments of technology candidates to ensure they meet our clients' requirements.
">
* Collaborate with recruitment and business development professionals to fill technology, engineering, and business resource gaps for our clients.
">
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases to attract top talent.
">
* Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates to present qualified short lists to clients.
">
* Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for prospective positions, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
">
* Learn and utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining to stay ahead in the recruitment game.
">
* Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting your knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.
">
* Present candidates to prospective clients and prepare reporting on activities and results.
">

Qualifications:
">
">
* A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience, with a focus on direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
">
* Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment agencies with full cycle, direct recruiting calls to candidates all the way to presentation to the client.
">
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
">
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
">
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
">
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience to contribute to business growth and development.
">
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn, to leverage online platforms for recruitment and business purposes.
">
* IT knowledge and experience working with MS Word and CRM/ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes.
">
* 1+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets to understand local job markets and regulations.
">
* 1+ years of sales experience with strong client relationship skills to build long-term relationships with clients.
