We provide an initial 4-month education and onboarding process with increasing salaries: R$3,100 (1st month), R$5,650 (2nd month), R$7,500 (3rd month), R$9,000 (4th month). After one year, there's an opportunity to increase income beyond R$9,000. Additional benefits include 2 weeks paid vacation, health insurance, and retirement funds.
You'll need:
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* Advanced English proficiency
* Ability to convey exercise techniques effectively
* Sports medicine or Orthopedic expertise
* Addtional certifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Outgoing personality to motivate and engage patients
* Continuous training mindset
* Strong organizational skills
Your responsibilities will be:
