Regional Payroll Specialist
Must Haves: • 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting Latin American countries (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil)
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance)
• Solid understanding of country‑specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across Latin America
• Experience processing and reviewing payroll with high accuracy and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Clear, professional communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls, deadlines, and stakeholders across different regions
Plusses: • Experience working with third‑party payroll vendors and government agencies
• Exposure to payroll audits and statutory filings
• Background in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
• Experience supporting payroll process improvements or system enhancements
Day To Day: • The Latin America Regional Payroll Specialist will process and review payroll for employees across multiple LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The role also supports audits, prepares statutory reports, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strict data confidentiality standards.
