* At least 1 year of experience in phone customer service
* Taking inbound calls
* General Requirements Include:
* Advanced computer proficiency utilizing windows based software
* Ability to multi task
* Strong verbal and written communications
* Monday- Friday (full time)

- Build and maintain a strong customer database by accurately recording all customer information and interactions

Shift: Mon - Fri 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CET (Central Europe Time) with possibility to go full time
