**Job Description:**
This role is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of a cutting-edge Open Banking SaaS solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting production environments for financial services institutions, as well as experience working with AWS cloud environments.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage day-to-day operations of the Open Banking platform
* Provide Open Banking subject matter expertise and mentor junior team members
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Collaborate with development and AWS specialists to ensure seamless platform operation
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments
* Working experience with FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Previous experience leading a support team
* Experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* Proficiency in ITIL processes, particularly change, release, and incident management
* Experience dealing with senior customer management
**Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking experience
* Fluency in French (B2 level or above)
