Role Overview
* This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented SAP Basis consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.
2. Maintain hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
3. Work with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions.
4. Pursue hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer focus, networking, relationship building, results-driven, self-organised, and decision-making skills.
* Superb communication skills (written and verbal).
* Understanding of escalation handling and procedures with customers while working proactively with internal teams.
