BD is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to be responsible for Own brand strategy and drive product growth for LA: MarTech Analyst to create, measure and monitor content effectiveness and usage, digital (including web) channels and campaign targets/metrics for ROI measurement and efficiency.

Activities and Main Responsibilities:
- Configure campaign tracking and ensure appropriate dashboards are leveraged.
- Create reports and Dashboards and conduct ROI analysis for campaigns and tactics and leverage standard BD attribution models for outcomes reporting.
- Partner with BU Digital Marketing Specialists to improve better Marketing Campaign results using tools (A/B testing, Segmentation, nurturing, scoring, ABM).
- Ensure regional and BU analytics reflects best practices established by Corp Digital COE.
- Create Power BI reports to measure omnichannel campaigns results.
- Ad-hoc reports / analysis / projects as required in alignment with regional Digital third party agency.
Activities:
- Focus on Customer Service - Customer concept at the center (internal/external);
- Effective presentations;
- Knowledge of the Market in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Medical Devices, Medical/Pharmaceutical Products, Laboratories and Clinics;
- Preferably you should have a comprehensive understanding of digital ecosystems and how desktop, mobile, social, search and other online and offline channels work together in a consumer journey;
- Experience with platforms such as CMS, digital asset management, ERP, marketing automation, CRM, web services architecture, database administration, cloud architecture, business process planning, product lifecycle management will be valued. product for medical devices, services and technology organization;
- Results-oriented; ability to design digital solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to details;
- Manage a large volume of projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality deliverables in ambiguous business environments at some point;

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor´s Degree;
- Solid Digital Marketing experience with Knowledge in CSS y HTML.
- Advanced experience in SFDC and PowerBI;
- Management of informatic tools: Advanced MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) & MS PowerBI;
- Fluent English;
- Spanish and/or Portuguese as a plus.
