This role will play a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, optimizing workflows, and delivering insights that drive business performance as the organization scales.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial operations, reporting, and billing processes. This role will act as a key partner across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment between contracts, invoicing, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in billing, revenue operations, and financial reporting. This role requires both strategic insight and operational execution, contributing to process improvements and supporting the company's financial health and scalability.What You'll Do:Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Enhance financial reporting, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Ensure customer contracts are aligned with invoicing terms and revenue recognition policies Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, resolving discrepancies when needed Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure billing accuracy and proper contract implementation Monitor accounts receivable, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation for audits and reporting Contribute to optimizing and streamlining the quote-to-cash process Support financial reporting cycles and assist with audits related to billing and revenue operations Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support additional finance-related initiatives.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4–7+ years of experience in financial analysis, billing, accounting, or revenue operations Strong understanding of invoicing processes, revenue recognition principles, and financial reporting Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with ERP or financial systems is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.Nice to Have Experience with billing or subscription-based business models Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes Experience supporting audits and compliance processes Background in process optimization and financial systems improvements Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations.What We Offer Competitive compensation Fully remote work environment Opportunity to work with modern financial systems and tools High-impact role supporting financial strategy and operations Collaborative and fast-growing environment with strong ownership.Please ensure that your application, including your CV, is submitted in English, as this is a requirement for the recruitment process.
