Project Coordinator for Automotive UX Study
This role requires a project coordinator to lead a fast-moving automotive UX study in São Paulo. The successful candidate will orchestrate day-to-day study operations, assist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers, and provide light device/IT support.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar. They should be fluent in Portuguese and English, comfortable diagnosing common hardware/connectivity issues, and proficient in Google Workspace and project-management tools.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Management & Coordination: Build and own the project plan, work closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead, and run stand-ups with distributed teammates.
* Field & Research Execution: Moderate ~2 weeks of in-vehicle sessions, guide participants through tasks, and capture high-quality data.
* Technical & Logistics Support: Prepare, track, and recover equipment used to execute the study, troubleshoot participant hardware/issues, and document SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior automotive or in-vehicle research experience.
* Prior team management or project coordination experience.
