Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person and online reception at the clinic, welcoming and guiding patients.
* Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and organize the flow of service.
* Maintain organization of patient records and documents, assist with administrative tasks such as filing, updating spreadsheets, and managing registrations.
* Handle billing for consultations and procedures, issuing receipts and invoices as needed.
* Keep the reception area organized.
Work Area: Medical Clinic
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service and administrative routines.
* Availability to work until 20:00 when necessary.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
* Practical knowledge of the MS Office package.
* Preferably female.
