Lead Product Designer – Healthcare Innovation

We're seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team in shaping the future of healthcare communication. As a key member of our founding team, you'll play a foundational role in crafting an interactive prototype that sets the direction for future product development.

This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and our overall mission from day one. You'll work closely with our clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals, and translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.


About the Role

* Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
* Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that streamline communication between healthcare providers and patients
* Develop and iterate on design concepts based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical clinicians and technical teams


Requirements

* Based in Brazil (CNPJ required) and advanced/fluent in English
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc)
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
* Strong ownership mentality – you'll be the only designer and an early voice in product direction


Bonus Points For

* Having engineering experience developing SaaS applications
* Having engineering/product leadership experience
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms
* Experience working with early-stage startups
* Familiarity with health tech security standards
