Responsibilities
Support hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.
Engage with business needs and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
Communicate in English with coworkers and clients as required.
Qualifications
Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergratuated degree; Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
