Job Summary
Supports the Test Engineer in development and commissioning of test solutions, executing test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process, providing deliverables to support the solution in production to both Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations, assisting in build and manufacture of testers, fixtures, and environmental tooling to meet customer expectations, and serving as interface to Test Support and Manufacturing functions for documentation, training, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Support Test Engineer in development and commissioning of test solutions including test qualification of fixtures and programs.
* Provide deliverables to support the solution in production to Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
* Assist in building and manufacturing testers, fixtures, and environmental tooling to meet customer expectations.
* Act as interface to Test Support function, providing comprehensive documentation and training for all implemented test solutions.
* Act as interface to Manufacturing function, providing documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations.
* Monitor and contribute to improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies, and Uptime, providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
* Collaborate with Test Engineer to upgrade test processes, balancing cost and coverage for optimized, cost‑efficient testing.
* Coordinate timetable for test readiness based on weekly production schedule through Test Support staff.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
