About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable operations/industrial executive to assume the role of Industrial Director. Lead all plant operations across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Supply Chain, HR, and CI. Conduct a holistic diagnostic of operational gaps and drive improvements.
Manufacturing Leadership Position: We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing professional to assume responsibility for the overall operations and industrial strategy of our manufacturing plant. Lead cross‑functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement operational strategies.
