Job Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
* Collaborate closely with product teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
* Utilize Agile methodologies to plan sprints, coordinate teams, and facilitate meetings
* Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and motivated work environment
* Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
In order to be successful in this role, candidates should have:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and product management roles, preferably in technology or software development
* Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
* A strong technical background with the ability to understand complex product requirements
* Excellent English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent
* A college degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred
Preferred qualifications include:
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar)
* Experience working in fully remote teams and across multiple time zones
* Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement and risk management
