Airswift is looking for a Control System Software Engineer to work in a contractor position in Macaé for an oil and gas company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the design and development of control solutions.
* Assist in the development and implementation of software for the company's control systems and products.
* Support the seamless integration of solutions with other products and systems.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and apply diligent configuration management practices to software products.
* Collaborate closely with the after-sales team to support our installed base.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Systems, Computing, Mechatronics or related field
* HMI software (e.g. WinCC, Cimplicity)
* Programming languages (e.g. VBA, C++, C#)
* Siemens PLC platforms using Simatic Classic / TIA Portal and DasyLab
* PLC languages: FEB, STL, SCL and other structural languages
* Experience with industrial networks: Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus
* Process and/or machine control systems in an industrial environment
* Application in the oil and gas sector, especially offshore drilling equipment and pressure control systems
* Familiarity with SCADA systems
* Database management (e.g. SQL)
* Instrumentation and electrical circuits
* Advanced English – required
