Objective
To provide professional training to individuals, contributing to their preparation and qualification for the job market.
Context
In line with our purpose of 'building a more prosperous society together' and recognizing the importance of learning to enhance skills and talents, our Cooperative will offer 70 spots for Professional Training in Credit Cooperativism, with 2 spots per agency in our area of operation.
Goals
This initiative aims at the social and economic development of the community through knowledge dissemination and also supports the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
Selection Process
Participants will be selected by the agencies with support from the Cooperative's Human Resources department, in the last week of July.
The course is scheduled to start in August 2023.
Main Responsibilities
Modules:
Despertar e discernir: fostering enthusiasm for cooperativism;
Preparar: professional training in credit cooperativism;
Cultivar: developing complementary skills.
Note: Participants must attend all modules.
Facilitator: TECPUC
Workload: 800 hours
Schedule: Recorded and live classes, with flexibility to attend at convenient times.
Location: Online classes on TECPUC platform.
