Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead our product design team and drive the creation of innovative, user-centered products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to balance business needs with user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop end-to-end product design solutions, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs through effective communication and stakeholder management;
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and best practices in product design.
