This leader will develop and implement strategies to optimize workspace utilization, enhance employee experience, and maintain safety and compliance standards across all office locations.Location: Buenos Aires, ArgentinaRemote Options: This role will be on a hybrid work arrangementWhat You’ll Be DoingLeadership & Management ResponsibilitiesExemplify the company’s core values and leadership behaviors in all interactions.Develop and implement workspace strategies that support business growth and employee productivity.Lead, mentor, and develop the Workplace and Workspace Operations team.Manage budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost control for facilities operations.Oversee vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure high standards of maintenance and safety.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within workplace management, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.Lead risk management and compliance efforts related to workplace safety and facility operations.Develop and maintain workplace policies that foster an inclusive and safe environment.Serve as the primary leader for Workplace and Workspace Operations in the Americas, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local execution.Oversee and support regional leads in EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent standards and operational excellence across all regions.Drive cross-regional collaboration, sharing best practices and streamlining processes to optimize efficiency and service delivery.Operational ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of workplace and facilities services, including space planning, maintenance, and safety protocols.Coordinate office relocations, space optimization projects, and facility upgrades.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all locations.Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to enhance workspace efficiency.Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support hybrid and remote work arrangements.Maintain clear and effective communication with employees regarding workplace updates and initiatives.Lead the management and execution of workspace projects within the Americas, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Partner with regional teams in EMEA and APAC to monitor and guide day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.Act as the primary point of escalation for regional workplace issues, providing guidance and solutions to maintain business continuity.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of progressive experience in workplace or facilities operations, including leadership experience.This Might Be the Right Place if You….Proven experience in multi-site facilities management and space planning.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Are a team fit; can help advance ourglobal, inclusive cultureAre self-starter who likes to roll up your sleeves and take initiativewith minimaldirectionCan think about tomorrow, while getting your work done todayAre a collaborative teamplayer; primary audience will be internal teamsAre curious and open to learning and finding new solutionsAre able to provide and accept feedback in a constructive mannerAre organized, have strong communication skills, and do whatever it takes to get things doneThe Benefits Of Working HereA career with Anuvu is a unique opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills within a casual culture that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
