Client Success Manager Job Description
Our organization seeks a Client Success Manager to foster strong relationships with agency clients, primarily chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics.
* Establish the primary point of contact for each clinic client.
* Maintain regular communication via calls, emails, and texts to keep clients informed before they need to ask.
* Provide clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements.
This role combines client communication, data-driven performance management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
* Guide new clients through setup: ensuring tracking, configuration, and campaigns are properly configured.
* Set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and what constitutes strong performance.
* Ensure a smooth and confident start to each new client relationship.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in sales or lead generation, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable decisions, proactive approach, fast communication, problem-solving, and strategic understanding of marketing and sales processes, connecting data insights to business outcomes.
