Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Client Collaboration**: Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- ** Interview Coordination**: Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams.

**Qualifications**
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
