The Role We're looking for a demand generation leader who can take ownership of our full marketing engine, run campaigns, and build the marketing system. You'll be responsible for managing and systematizing our content, SEO, outbound, paid, and influencer programs, making sure every channel is contributing to brand awareness, high-intent opportunity generation, and revenue. Your north star metrics are demo bookings and product sign-ups. Everything you build should connect back to those two outcomes. You'll manage agency and vendor relationships directly, hold them accountable to results, and roll up your sleeves on execution where needed. You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product and Founders. If you thrive in the "pre-repeatability" phase of a startup — where your job is to figure out what works before we scale it — this role was written for you. What You'll Own Program Management Own the full demand gen calendar across paid, content, SEO, outbound, and influencer, coordinated with clear attribution back to demos and sign-ups Manage relationships with our SEO agency, outbound agency, and influencer/content partners: set goals, review performance, push back when things aren't working Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across blog, LinkedIn, newsletter, and partner channels Paid & Performance Marketing Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google) — build, test, and iterate toward CPL and pipeline targets Own the measurement framework: know what's working, why, and what to do next Inbound & Content Build and own the inbound motion from the ground up — content, SEO, and distribution working together to generate a consistent flow of high-intent leads Coordinate with our founder (who produces content) and external content partners to keep the content engine humming Repurpose and distribute long-form content across formats and channels Influencer & Developer Advocate Manage influencer and developer advocate relationships: briefs, deliverables, reporting Build community presence in developer and technical buyer spaces SEO Own the relationship with our SEO agency — review roadmap, hold them accountable to keyword targets and traffic growth Identify non-branded keyword opportunities and build a content plan around them Monitor performance in GSC/Ahrefs and flag issues early Product Marketing Support Help translate product launches and customer wins into campaign-ready assets and messaging Maintain competitive positioning materials (battle cards, one-pagers) in partnership with the team What We're Looking For Must-haves 4–7 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with meaningful demand gen experience Demonstrated success building or owning an inbound motion — not just managing one Experience marketing to developers and technical buyers (engineers, product managers, CTOs) — you understand how they discover tools, evaluate them, and buy Proven track record managing agencies and external vendors: you know how to get results from partners you don't directly control Strong project management instincts: you track things, you follow up, you close loops Comfort with measurement: you know what attribution looks like, even if it's imperfect Excellent written communication: you can write a brief, a performance update, or a campaign email without much hand-holding Proficiency with AI tooling and agentic automation — you use these tools to move faster, not as a novelty Nice-to-haves Experience in developer tools, dev infrastructure, or technical SaaS Familiarity with billing, pricing, or fintech infrastructure Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar GTM tooling Creator- or community-led growth experience Background at a seed or Series A startup What This Role Is Not We need someone who cares about pipeline and can connect their work to revenue. It's also not a pure manager role — you'll need to get into the work yourself, especially early on.
