In this contract-to-full-time role, you\'ll help bring product ideas to life by building web and mobile applications across the full stack. You\'ll collaborate closely with design and engineering to refine features and create thoughtful, user-focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution
In this role, you\'ll help turn product ideas into high-quality web and mobile applications, contributing across the full stack and collaborating with design and engineering to create polished, user-focused experiences.
Develop and maintain frontend features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Ruby on Rails
Collaborate closely with designers to refine, iterate, and polish product features
Contribute to architectural and technical decisions across the full stack
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
Communicate progress, ideas, and challenges clearly with the team
Engage directly with clients to ensure the final product meets both technical and user needs
