The ideal candidate will serve as the primary escalation point for commercial policy issues, develop and maintain commercial safety SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Risk Engineering, Moderation, Legal, and GR/PR teams to drive aligned and effective solutions.
Responsibilities
* Analyze advertising content, advertiser behavior, and moderation data to identify policy gaps, emerging risks, and optimization opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
* Lead risk control for advertising materials and monetized content, including quality monitoring, ad violation detection, trend analysis, and enforcement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance advertising risk control systems that improve governance efficiency.
* Identify and resolve systematic issues across moderation operations, sales, and partner teams, ensuring alignment on risk-benefit tradeoffs.
* Ensure all advertising policies comply with local laws, such as consumer protection and data privacy, as well as cultural norms in each market.
* Lead and execute emergency response plans for high-risk advertising incidents or regulatory changes affecting the region.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Business Law, International Trade, or a related field.
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, commercial policy, ad risk control, monetization integrity, or compliance.
* Strong expertise in e-commerce or financial advertising, counterfeit goods, fraud detection, and deceptive advertiser behavior.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, particularly with sales and monetization teams.
* Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and monetization models.

* Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks in LatAm markets.
