Key Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies

* Manage and resolve client support tickets
* Track time against project agreements
* Report on project progress
Requirements & Qualifications:
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience
* Strong background in Microsoft 365
* Proficiency in Intune and mobile device management
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems
* Familiarity with change management and client service best practices
