As a data professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping B2B data-driven marketing and personalization strategies, developing robust models to inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale buying group frameworks that enhance personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
3. Integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, or similar.
4. Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
5. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects from ideation through deployment and performance monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
For this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and more than 5 years of experience working as a data scientist, along with 3 years of experience with AI, 2 years of experience with Machine Learning, 2 years of experience with LLMs, and 1 year of experience with Agentic AI.
