You are... a hands-on social media expert with experience running branded channels, planning editorial calendars, spotting trends, and bringing campaigns to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. You understand the power of social media to shape brand perception, support thought leadership and build advocacy. You're just as comfortable managing creative timelines and publishing calendars as you are partnering with business leaders or pulling performance reports to inform strategy. You know what it takes to get noticed in a crowded feed, and you bring an eye for both visuals and words. You're collaborative, curious, and comfortable working across functions in a global environment.

The role... is focused on managing Avanade's organic brand channels and enabling advocacy and amplification through social. You'll execute and optimize our global content calendar, contribute to social campaigns and activations, and lead our employee and executive social programs. As part of the Brand and Corporate Social team, you'll help shape a consistent, strategic, and on-brand presence that drives engagement with mid-market clients and Avanade employees. You'll work cross-functionally to support storytelling, monitor performance, and guide strategic recommendations across teams.

Typical Activities


* Plan and execute Avanade's organic social strategy and content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
* Publish, monitor, and engage via Avanade's brand social channels, maintaining a consistent and on-brand presence
* Collaborate with campaign, brand, and paid media teams to align on editorial priorities and amplify messaging
* Set and track key performance indicators for social performance, identifying insights and areas for optimization
* Partner closely with leadership on the executive social presence program, supporting thought leadership aligned to business goals
* Oversee employee and influencer advocacy programs, using tools like Sprout, Sprinklr, and others to drive amplification and track impact
* Guide and ensure high-quality, on-brand copywriting, content, and creative across all platforms
* Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, platform updates, and standout creative, sharing best practices across the team
* Evangelize social media internally with key stakeholders and teams to drive alignment and education
* Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports to business leadership

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* At least 2 years of marketing & communications experience, with a substantial part spent focused on social media

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
* Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech or consulting industry
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube platforms
* Knowledge of and passion for social media with the ability to execute and implement multi-faceted campaigns
* Strong understanding of both social strategy and execution for campaigns, events and real-time activations
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Familiarity with tools like Sprinklr, Sprout, Power BI, Canva employee advocacy platforms
