The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and support critical initiatives within our Core Banking systems. This professional will serve as a vital bridge between business objectives and technological execution, ensuring requirement clarity, cross-team alignment, and the high-quality delivery of solutions within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strong Core Banking Domain Expertise (Critical)
This is the biggest differentiator.
* Hands-on experience with:
* DDA Accounts
* Savings Accounts
* Money Market Accounts
* Certificates of Deposit (CD)
* Understanding of banking processes + system integrations
2. Advanced Requirements Management & Translation
* Ability to bridge business ↔ tech
* Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications
* Perform deep-dive analysis, not just surface-level documentation
3. JIRA Mastery (Operational Backbone)
* Not just usage — expert-level proficiency
* Managing:
* Backlog
* Documentation
* Workflow tracking
- Experience Level: Specialist (5+ years of experience). - Language Skills: Full fluency in both Portuguese and English.
- Core Banking Expertise: Extensive experience with banking systems, specifically covering DDA Accounts, Savings Accounts, Money Market Accounts, and Certificates of Deposit (CD).
- Agile Proficiency: Hands-on experience working within Agile teams and a strong understanding of banking processes and system integration.
