About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our business in South America. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive country-specific business plans, drive revenue growth, and build high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute market entry strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
* Seek, negotiate, and secure partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers.
* Build, coach, and lead local sales teams from scratch.
* Drive all sales activities to acquire new customers and maximize deposits.
* Gather insights into the local competition landscape and regulatory environments.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of senior sales or leadership experience in Contracts for Difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency, or online trading/internet finance industry.
* A proven track record of building sales teams from scratch and leading them to exceed targets.
* Experience in establishing partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers is preferred.
* Fluency in English is required.
