Key Responsibilities:
* Main point of contact for each clinic client
* Daily communication with clients via calls, emails, and texts to keep them informed
* Clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements
* Build trust through responsiveness, proactivity, and transparency
Other responsibilities include leading new clients through setup, monitoring and troubleshooting campaigns, and coordinating with delivery teams.
