Manage delivery for key customers across various technological tracks, ensuring seamless project execution.
Lead and manage teams across technologies, fostering collaboration and productivity in the workplace.
Regularly update customer stakeholders through effective communication channels.
Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction through diligent effort.

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget by collaborating with technology teams.
Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand project requirements and document them according to established standards.
Lead teams across technologies, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Collaborate with Project Management Office (PMO) to implement quality control procedures and maintain high delivery standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their expectations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular review meetings with customers and management to discuss project performance.
Adopt customized processes and methodologies tailored to each customer's needs.
Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
Ensure that project teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and avoid penalties or credits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Employ effective conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to maintain high performance within service teams.
Establish and monitor Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as performance metrics for team members.
Support hiring the right resources for various tracks by working with Technical Architecture Group (TAG) teams.
Ensure Statements of Work (SOWs) are signed and invoices cleared on-time by collaborating with finance teams and customer stakeholders.
Continuously work with individual team members and ensure their contributions are recognized and appreciated by customers on a weekly basis, obtaining continuous feedback and making necessary corrections when needed.
