THE ROLE We're looking for a sharp, systems-obsessed operator to run the business behind the founder. You'll take problems off the founder's plate and turn ambiguity into working systems — documenting how things run, building the processes, and making sure initiatives actually ship instead of dying half-built. This is the Integrator to a Visionary. The founder generates direction and ideas; you turn them into scoped projects, tight SOPs, and machines that run without him in the room. You're the person who closes the open loops, chases the last 10%, and owns the operational backbone so nothing lives only in someone's head. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. If you're energized by walking into chaos and bringing order to it, you'll thrive. If you need detailed instructions for every task or you're secretly a visionary waiting for your turn, this isn't the right fit. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Turning the founder's half-formed directives into scoped, sequenced, shipped projects Documenting how the business runs — SOPs, checklists, and playbooks that become the single source of truth Building and maintaining our operational backbone: CRM workflows, automations, and data flow across our stack (GoHighLevel) Owning our dashboards and reporting — keeping the numbers trustworthy and turning raw data into \"here's what's working, here's what's broken, here's what needs a decision\" Being the operational point of contact for our sales team (closers, setters) and new hires so they're not all routing through the founder Running the operating rhythm: standups, weekly check-ins, scorecard reviews, and holding people to deliverables Managing our software stack and vendors so the founder isn't the one on support calls Being first line on operational fires — diagnosing and fixing, or escalating with a recommendation, not just flagging that something broke WHO YOU ARE You have 2+ years in operations, chief of staff, or project/implementation roles (fast-scaling startup, agency, or lead-gen business preferred) You're fluent in English — genuinely fluent, comfortable translating intent into systems and managing people, not just reading Slack You think in systems: you see a messy process and your instinct is to map it, fix the breakpoint, and document it so it never breaks the same way twice You finish things — you're the person who closes the last 10% instead of leaving projects 90% done You're comfortable being the #2 and the person behind the scenes; you get energy from making someone else's vision real, not from being the face You're coachable and process-disciplined, but you operate with judgment — you bring solutions, not just problems You're organized, self-directed, and thrive with ownership instead of someone standing over your shoulder You have a reliable internet connection, a quiet space for calls, and a professional setup
